How Do Your Shirts Typically Fit?

Jigalode shirts are made to fit true to size. Not too tight, but not oversized, they are designed to be great fitting while providing ease of motion and comfort. Each shirt has been pre-shrunk for a perfect fit that lasts.

How Does Your Performance Fabric Protect From The Sun?

It's all about the UPF. UPF stands for Ultraviolet Protection Factor and is the rating given to clothing for its broad spectrum protection against both UVA and UVB rays. SPF in sunscreen measures only effectiveness against UVB rays, while UPF measures protection against the full spectrum of ultraviolet radiation. Our fabric uses a highly technical weave, that is so tight, UV rays are blocked from passing through.

How Much Sun Protection Does Your Performance Fabric Provide?

Our performance fabric is rated UPF 50+ which is the maximum sun-protection rating for fabric and provides protection for your skin against 98% of harmful UVA and UVB rays.

Shipping

How Much Does Shipping Cost?

We offer free shipping on U.S. orders over $75.00 via USPS. Shipping rates for orders under $75.00 are calculated at checkout based on weight, size, destination and current USPS rates. Free Shipping only applies to customers in the U.S.

When Will I Receive My Order?

Typically orders ship from our warehouse within 24-48 hours. If you preordered an item, please refer to the product page for specific shipping estimates. Transit times vary depending on your location. You can choose from the following shipping options:
  • First Class: 1-3 Business Days
  • Priority Mail: 1-3 Business Days
  • Priority Mail Express: Next Day-2 Day
  • International & Canada: 7-14 Business Days.

How Can I Track My Order?

As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment notification email with the tracking information for your item(s). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link for each package.

Returns & Exchanges

How Do I Return or Exchange My Order?

To return or exchange your order, send your request including your order number to support@jigalode.com. 

All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached.
