    At Jigalode, we stand behind everything that we make. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return your order for a full refund or exchange it for something else.
    Please make sure you read our refund & exchange policy carefully:

    RETURNS

    Jigalode accepts returns within 30 days of the purchase date. Returns are only accepted if the item is unworn and is in "as-sold" condition.

    To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes, unwashed, unworn & free of odor. It must also be in the original packaging.

    Items not received under these terms will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

    EXCHANGES

    Jigalode accepts exchanges within 30 days of the purchase date. Jigalode will exchange an item if it is received defective or damaged. If you need to request an exchange, please send your inquiry to info@jigalode.com

    NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

    Jigalode is unable to return any items that were not purchased directly from www.jigalode.com. If you purchased Jigalode products from a retailer or other website, please contact the retailer or website to make the return.

    Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges.

    REFUNDS

    Once your return has been received, we will send you a confirmation email. Upon inspection of the item by our staff, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your debit card, credit card or original method of payment.

    SHIPPING

    Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping but we will ship any exchanged item(s) to you free of charge. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. All returned item(s) must be shipped using a tracking number from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
