All returns or exchanges must be made within 30 days of the original purchase date and items must be in their original, unwashed and unworn condition with tags attached. Items not received under these terms will be returned at purchaser's expense or discarded, at purchaser's option.

Jigalode will exchange an item if it is received defective or damaged. We offer free shipping both ways on domestic exchanges in the USA. You will receive a prepaid shipping label.

Jigalode is unable to return any items that were not purchased directly from www.jigalode.com. If you purchased Jigalode products from a retailer or other website, please contact the retailer or website to make the return.
Sale items are not eligible for refunds or exchanges. All international sales are final unless the item is damaged or defective at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. This includes, unwashed, unworn & free of odor. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds and credits will be applied to the original method of payment upon receipt of all items and confirmation of their condition. The typical turnaround time for processing refunds and credits is 5-7 days once we receive the item(s). Initial shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless an item is damaged or defective. If we are unable to exchange or repair the item to comply with your request, we may, at our discretion, issue a gift card or credit.
Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. You will need to pay for return shipping but we will ship any exchanged item(s) to you free of charge. No C.O.D. deliveries will be accepted. All returned item(s) must be shipped using a tracking number from FedEx, UPS, or USPS. We cannot assume responsibility for misdirected or lost shipments.
